We want you to love our products as much as we do. In order to guarantee an amazing shopping experience, all items are individually inspected by our Quality Control Team before shipment.

At ShopUp, it is our absolute priority to ensure you have a fantastic experience while giving you total peace of mind. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 60 days of purchase. Simply contact us and we’ll take care of you.

  60 Days Unconditional Refund Guarantee

For any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from ShopUp, you can request a refund/reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-7 days processing)
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

 Exchanges

To begin initiating a return, within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) , please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to confirm the return.

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging intact to be eligible for refund.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. We allow up to 1 hour from when the order has been placed in order to request a cancellation. Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order any time beyond that as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible. If we do manage to still have the time to cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
